2. Drop By Duffy’s Love Shack

Stop by Duffy’s Love Shack in Red Hook for delicious food and drinks at one of St Thomas’s most popular bars. Red Hook is lined with many great bars and restaurants, with Duffy’s Love Shack being especially popular amongst locals.

This small shack is located within a parking lot, and it has a fun, laid-back atmosphere perfect for a night out.

They have happy hour from 3 to 7 AM, and are open till 12 AM daily. Additionally, they have live music on Thursday nights, and plenty of incredible menu items to try out.

Stop by The Dog House Pub on Friday’s for Bingo night! This small pub serves traditional bar food, and delicious drinks at great prices.

They have trivia night on Wednesdays at 7pm, and Bingo night on Fridays from around 4 to 8 pm.

The Bushwackers drink is St Thomas’s signature cocktail that consists of dark rum, coffee liqueur, creme de cacao, and coconut cream.

It was invented in 1975, at the Ship’s Store Pub which has now become Sudi’s Caribbean Bar & Grill!

Head to Xcape VI to solve a pirate-themed escape room within an hour. This is a fun and exciting activity to do with a group of friends, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

Xcape VI is also located in the heart of Charlotte Amalie, within walking distance to Fort Christian, the 99 Steps, and Bluebeard’s Castle.

8. Get ice cream from Sunny Days Ice Cream

For a sweet treat after dinner, stop by Sunny Days Ice Cream. From waffle cones to rum milkshakes, you won’t want to miss trying out this place.

It’s minutes away from Secret Harbour Beach, and Sapphire Beach, where you can watch the sunset as you enjoy your ice cream!

They’re open till 10 pm Monday to Thursday, and 11pm Friday to Sunday. 

9. View the city lights from Paradise Point

For the best views of city lights at night, head to Prime at Paradise Point for dinner.

This steakhouse has outdoor seating with breathtaking views of boats in the Charlotte Amalie Harbor, and city lights.

In addition, they serve some of the best steak and lobster in St Thomas so they’re the perfect stop for a fancy night out. 

10. Enjoy reggae music at Sapphire Beach Bar

Enjoy drinks and reggae music at Sapphire Beach Bar! This bar is steps away from Sapphire Beach, one of the most stunning beaches in St Thomas.

They serve delicious food, classic Caribbean cocktails, and have live reggae music on Sunday’s. From fish tacos to banana daquiris, you won’t want to miss this place while visiting St Thomas.

Happy hour is from 4 to 6 pm, and they’re open till 8 pm daily. 

11. Try Pastries from Weekes & Weekes Bakery

Head to Weekes & Weekes Bakers to try out bread and pastries from St Thomas’s most popular bakery.

This long standing bakery sells butter bread, coconut tart, bread pudding, and other delicious baked goods worth trying out. They’re open till 9 pm everyday, and 8 pm on Sundays.

It’s just a short drive away from Smith Bay, near Lindquist, Coki Point, and Sapphire Beach. They’re open till 12 am Sunday to Thursday, and 1 am Friday and Saturday.

Drop by the Caribbean Saloon Steakhouse for dinner after strolling the Red Hook Marina. This popular restaurant has sports TVs, slot games, and bingo nights on Wednesdays and Friday.

It’s open till 2 am daily, so it’s the perfect spot to visit for late night food and drinks.

15. Try Rum Punch From The Rum Island Pub

Stop by Rum Island Pub to try the best rum punch in St Thomas! This small bar is located in the heart of downtown Charlotte Amalie near the cruise port.

Although they don’t serve food, they’re within walking distance to some of St Thomas’s best restaurants like the Greenhouse Restaurant and Bar and Greengos Caribbean Cantina.

Their happy hour is from 4 to 6 pm, and they’re open till 8pm daily.
